Towards the end of 2011, we set up a Virtual Patient Participation Group to help us find ways of improving the service our patients receive. Together, we agreed areas that should be included in a survey, conducted a survey and developed an action.
Following the success of these, we have repeated the process year on year with a new Patient Participation Group.
In 2024 we moved from a Virtal PPG to a Face to Face PPG.
